Ignite your Inner Fire

In Ayurveda, Agni is the transformative energy that powers your digestion, metabolism, and overall well-being. When Agni is strong, you feel energetic, focused, and healthy.

Think of it as a balanced furnace: too hot, and you might feel irritable or have digestive issues. Too cool, and you might feel sluggish and have trouble losing weight.

You can optimize your health and vitality by nurturing your Agni through diet, lifestyle, and specific Ayurvedic practices.

This retreat will teach you more about

herbal remedies, food, cooking, yoga, breath, outdoor therapy & ancient wisdom

to nourish yourself through all seasons of life.
